STRATEGY

One Week Bath Originally a licensed, full-service residential construction company, business previously generated through referrals was declining due to increased competition. In response, the owner repurposed and renamed the company to focus on smaller, quick turn-around and more profitable bathroom remodeling projects.

Challenge: At the time, there were no contractors commanding any level of consumer awareness nor any with a reputation for affordable, quick turn-around bathroom remodeling.

Solution: The campaign we developed for One Week Bath sought to brand the company as reliably quick, affordable and offering a range of upgrade remodeling options that would enhance the value of customers’ homes. Moreover, the campaign employed direct response tactics encouraging call now merchandising incentives promoted in a variety of media.

Result: The company substantially increased leads, sales and overall revenue.  Additionally, we helped them create a sub-specialty construction sector with itself as the definitive provider for bathroom remodeling.
