Challenge: Concurrent with completion of a new, luxurious facility, RSC Automotive Marketing was tasked with touting why customers love Lexus of Thousand Oaks while educating prospects about the new location.
Solution: The advertising RSC Automotive Marketing created gave our target audience a tour of the facility and features a new company spokeswoman, to add a human and more personal presentation than prior campaigns. The advertising showed other customers enjoying the amenities, and then combined this “inside look” with current incentives to drive immediate traffic.
Result: Despite flat or declining Lexus sales throughout the region, Lexus of Thousand Oaks has been able to drive modest month-over-month unit sales increases, a significant achievement vis a vis their competition.
